About the event
🌱 About the Day
We’re throwing open the gates for a full day of activity, community and connection at Got Greens Farm — and you’re invited!
Whether you’re ready to roll up your sleeves for our Volunteer Day or just want to relax and explore during our Open Day, there’s something for everyone. This is a chance to discover what we’re growing — both in our soil and in our community.
Come for the people, stay for the peace and purpose. 💚

🌻 Open Day: Explore & Enjoy
Prefer to just visit and take it all in? That’s great too! Here’s what you can enjoy throughout the day:
🗺️ Guided farm tours — See our no-dig beds, wild zones, and classroom-in-progress
🎯 Outdoor games and nature activities — Great for kids and grown-ups alike
🧁 Food & drink — Vegan-friendly refreshments and homemade treats available
💬 Meet the team — Chat with our founders and learn what we’re all about
🎶 Music & Jamming — Bring an instrument and join in with some relaxed, informal music-making
🧘 Unwind in nature — Bring a blanket, take a stroll, or just soak up the views
🎸 Bring an Instrument, Start a Jam
Got a guitar, hand drum, fiddle, or even a flute gathering dust? 🎻🎶 Bring it along! We’ll have a relaxed corner of the site where people can come together to make music, share songs, or just have a bit of a jam. All abilities welcome — no pressure, just good vibes and fresh air.

👩🌾 Volunteer Day: Get Stuck In
Join us in the market garden as we expand our regenerative no-dig growing space. You’ll help with:
🌱 Sowing seeds and transplanting
🌿 Maintaining growing beds
🐞 Boosting biodiversity with wildlife-friendly gardening
No experience needed — just bring enthusiasm, sturdy boots, and weather-ready clothes. We'll provide tools, guidance, and a warm welcome.
Bonus: Tea, coffee, and a home-cooked lunch provided for all volunteers! ☕🍲
